Traditional mail servers handle many functions. BeMail specializes in one. It closes the gap where general-purpose systems treat compliance features as secondary rather than foundational.

Capabilities
- Trusted connection routing — enforces MTA-STS and DANE with per-domain STARTTLS policies; rejects messages to servers failing their own standards.
- Authentication — DKIM signing, SPF/DMARC enforcement, ARC sealing and BIMI, with automated key generation and DNS record management.
- Reputation protection — per-destination connection limits, intelligent rate-limit recognition, and shared throttling for domains behind a single provider.
- Separate IP pools — transactional and bulk mail don’t share reputation; enables safe address warming.
- Bounce management — classification, consistent suppression lists, feedback-loop handling and one-click unsubscribe support.
- Audit compliance — message bodies excluded from logs; headers retained with redacted personal data and hashed recipients.
